• Owner, Founder & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. PMHNP-BC, APRN, M.Ed.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Massachusetts, specializing in the care of adults ages 18–65. My approach to treatment is individualized and holistic—because mental health is never one-size-fits-all.

I integrate evidence-based medication management with mind-body wellness, genetic and lab testing, supplements, and therapy to provide comprehensive care. My goal is to create a collaborative partnership with each client, ensuring treatment is tailored to your unique needs and life experiences.

My professional journey began in the arts, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Art History and a master’s in Art Education. After several years as an art educator, I was drawn to healthcare and transitioned into nursing. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing, followed by graduate training as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I now bring over 11 years of psychiatric and mental health experience to my practice.

Outside of work, I find balance and joy through time in nature, painting, traveling—especially to Iceland—and spending time with my pug, Freyja.

I believe that compassionate listening, genuine understanding, and clinical expertise are the foundation of meaningful care. My mission is to support you in your journey toward improved mental health and overall well-being.
